JAZZ BREW SUNDAY: TONY HARLEY QUARTET

Join us for a relaxed and engaging Sunday afternoon of live jazz with the Tony Harley Quartet, featuring the combined superb talents of Tony (Saxophones), Tom
Unwin (Piano), Marcus Vergette (Double Bass) and Ronnie Jones (Drums), all regular players at Totnes Cinema, in various combinations. This a new line-up sampling the cream of Devon’s jazz performers.
Expect an inspired mix of classic jazz standards and tunes from the repertoires of Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock, and Charlie Mingus but seasoned with excursions into Boss Nova, Funk, Soul Jazz and original compositions. The essence of jazz is the feel, the groove, the spontaneity and the communication.

Music from 12-2pm. Free entry as always, but donations to musicians welcome. Come early to grab a seat as we always fill up fast!
We are open from 10am, serving delicious home-made cakes, Crankhouse coffee and speciality teas. Wonderful cocktails and full bar from 12pm
